ANALYSISE AND DOCUMENT

Thoughts and ideas from the initial research are plotted out and documented. Mapping current site structures and content mapping alongside creating personas, user journeys, customer journey maps, experience principles and other outputs to help shape solution hypothesis.

IDEATE

EXPLORE AND VALIDATE

Sketches, scamps and note taking are hugely important to get thoughts and ideas onto paper. Helping validate concepts and ideas with teams and internal stakeholders before any high fidelity documentation is produced.

DESIGN

DeSIGN ANd ITerate

Low or high fidelity wireframes and prototypes can be produced. Definition via scamps or annotated mock ups of UI and screen interactions are also produced to create a blueprint for all the digital experiences across all touchpoints.
